Hi all,

I'm setting up a permit to work system in my place of work and having put various permits in place in the last few months, and seeing how successful they are, I wish to continue. Could anyone point me in the right direction and tell me where I could find templates for a Working at Heights Permit and a Working with Radioactive Sources Permit.

Thanks

Michelle

Michelle.

Ther are now also a few electronic PTW systems on the market that may be of interest and assistance to you, a new PTW can be generated off a PC and numbered automatically, and records maintained ect.

One system, I can't recal which, also proides flags that pop up if the permit being written affects others already in force!!

Worth having a look at as I don't think they are that expensive... Have a trwl of web on a search engine using 'Permit to Work'

Regards...

Stuart

I have a height permit template that may be of use; of course the training of personnel to use a permit system is paramount, there also must be good supervision by competent staff and the whole system should be audited. I will e-mail the permit to you.
