I am looking for some examples of accidents to give impact to a safety in film & TV introduction course. Some examples of footage I am looking for is the Mike Smith in stocks falling over incident, Janet Ellis (I think) caught in a pyrotechnic stunt and the helicopter crash in The Twilight Zone. I have tried a web search but have come up blank. Or if you know of any other examples.

Thanks in advance Ian
