I'm having great trouble trying to source an upto date copy of EH40, none of the major on-line book shops have a copy and as for HSE books ......!!!. Does anyone have a copy that they would be willing to send to me which is in an emailable format??

My email address: Steve99Jones@Yahoo.co.uk

Many thanks

I think the last version was 2002 with a supplement in 2003. I seem to recall a discussion document on an alternative approach. Can't remember outcome and and can't check as not at work!

Jack's right; the last full edition of EH40 was published in 2002 and there was a supplement in 2003. With the proposed changes to the OEL system, we must wait until that system is in place to get more up to date information.

Further to the above information. The current EH40 book is 2002 with the 2003 supplement being the most recent release. There was no 2004 update as there were no new substances that warrented addition.

The new Eh40 and probably CoShh is supposed to be changed next year with OEL and MEL being Changed to WEL.

Thanks for all the informative responses and I must admit I'd forgotten about HSEDirect!
