I was wondering if anyone is aware of any real time monitoring devices for isocyanate. Primary environment relates to bulk storage of MDI in a tank within an enclosed room. Primary reason is to address potential of leak or rupture of tank. Contents would be contained within the bund however the vapour may still be a risk to employees. If there is such a device i was planning to link this in with an alarm to warn employees not to enter the room if alarm is sounding.

There are several paper tape instruments that should be able to do what you require; some examples are listed in EH16 from HSE.
