Having looked on the web at the vast amount of breathalysers available, I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good one for me to purchase.

Erm no, and besides I could spill it.
The reason for wanting a breathalyser is to perform random tests on our drivers and employees.

There are several companies that sell breathtest kits the police in a lot of forces use a company called Lion in Wales but these machines need to be regularly checked if you are going to use them for enforcement of company policy, they will also need to be calibrated from time to time.
These machines are only a screening device they do not give you the amount of alcohol in the persons breath this can only be achieved by a more expensive machine.

Lion have progressed their machinery so you can now quantify the level of alcohol with what were previously described as 'screening devices'.
But once you have found a method to quantify the consumption of alcohol, there is a wide range of 'non prescription' drugs to consider, all will result in similar impairment to to ability to drive / operate machinery etc.
A cheap breathaliser device off of the internet could cause a huge hangover!
