Posted By BarryS Hi all Can someone please tell me if there are any time limits on employees driving forklifts i.e.e a ceertain number of hours per day / days per week they cannot exceed, - do they have to take specified rest breaks?

Posted By P Williams There are certainly no prescribed limits that I am aware of. I think, as is usually the case, it is a matter of risk assessment. You would need to approach it in the same way as if you were determining the number of hours it is safe to operate a piece of dangerous machiner eg circular saw.
