Posted By Eddie I have been approached regarding the delivery of CR training to local NHS staff. Has anyone attended the familiarisation day? If so, are the training materials required for subsequent delivery of this training provided when attending the familiarisation day? I would be grateful for any advice and information that will help a prospective training provider.

Posted By Henry Tobin Just bare in mind you will need to be competitive. The NHS CFSMS have reduced their fees very considerably and, as the money stays within the NHS, many Trusts will go with them as the direct provider.

Posted By Andy Perchard Hi Eddie, You can find a lot of information about the NHS Conflict Resolution training course in the News section of the Violence at Work (UK) web site. http://www.violenceatwork.co.uk Henry's advice is sound. I understand the CFSMS are charging about £300 to deliver the course to up to 24 delegates. Andy

Posted By Eddie Newall Thanks for those replies. The Violence at Work web site is much more informative than the CFSMS web site. Pricing isn't an issue in my particular circumstances.
