I would be very interested to hear from anyone who is using a software system which tracks lone workers.

What is your experience of this type of system?

Many thanks

Ann, there are a number of systems out there which use devices & software to track lone workers. I have just trialled a system called Identisafe, which is based on a device called Identicom. It is being trialled by a number of NHS Trusts. Very positive feedback from staff. There are quite a few similar complanies out there, just do a google search on 'lone worker tracking devices' or similar.

We use the following system for our lone worker requirements. We're a small company, so our LW requirements aren't quite the same as larger organisations. Nevertheless, the system we use is scalable. I understand some of the Primary Care Trusts and Local Authorities have started to use it.

Good luck!
