Posted By Sylvia Tyler I'm currently updating some training material used for safety supervisors on construction sites. To try and add interest and "reality" to the training I'm considering role play, having a defendant, judge etc and putting together mitigation - ie so they can recognise suitable and sufficient. Has anyone put anything like this together and used it - did it have the desired effect, did the delegates participate? I would like to hear from anyone who has used something like this or any ideas on how I can progress on this, and even those of you who may think it is not the way to go!! Sylvia

Posted By Gordon Thelwell Hi Sylvia, During my NEBOSH Dip i attended the local County Court and sat in on real cases which proved very useful indeed. Perhaps you could start here? Best wishes, Gordon.
