Rob try the Fire & Rescue Service (Fire Brigade to us old duffers) Ladder Drills form a part of thier qualification and continuation training syllabus. (F&RS training school, morton-on-the-marsh).

Robert,
I have emailed you directly with a presentation on "fall protection & ladder safety". I haven't used it for a while so please review and amend it as necessary. I find that using a video also helps to get the message across. The one I use is by SHWOPS called "Reaching the Top". It runs for 8 minutes and I think they charged me about £50. The HSE brought out a tool box talk which I had a look at when it first came out. It was produced by the Engineering NIG in Birmingham. Might be worth contacting them to see if you can have a copy. It was concise but thats all you can be for such a subject
