Has anybody conducted a survey of the safety climate in a trust. Did you use the HSE tool or make up your own. We already have audits and a questionaire and I am trying to update it.

I've used a company called revertica http://www.revertica.com
I don't know if they been involved with oil & gas/power generation/civils/facilities management, but you'd need to ask them about healthcare....

Ummm...finger trouble...should read that they have experience of oil & gas, etc., but I don't know whether they've done NHS....
