Posted By Steve Ireland Can anyone recommend a good service (preferably free) that makes it easy to stay in the loop with legislation changes and planned changes?
What I was thinking was something along the lines of an email listing all the details.

Posted By Wazza Take it youve tried the usual suspect of Croner? I can think of some good sites, but unfortunately, I'm not at work right now, therefore unable to go to my favourites and link em.

Posted By Alan Hewett Hi Steve, I use http://www.workplacelaw.net/index.php?a_id=1317Gives a fortnightly update but isn't 'cutting edge' Also http://www.tuc.org.uk/h_and_s/tuc-9158-f0.cfmBoth of these send e-bullitens so you can be aware of whats new and topical. They don't contain too much detail but have links on where to find out more. A good area as an earlier posting mentioned is the HSE web site which you will have to view periodically. Hope that helps, Alan

Posted By Andrew Farrell Hi Steve, personally I wouldn't bother subscribing to any, save your money and go to HSE website, they have recently announced the decision to release new legislation bi-annually, in April and October of each year. They also provide a list of the legislation they believe will be released in April and October 2005. I also visit the 'whats new' page on the HMSO webpage once a week to keep me up to speed with any changes, it keeps me abreast of the Statutory Instruments coming in to force and unlike subscription services which tend to tell you after the event, Its very much 'as it happens'. I hope this helps.
Kind Regards
Andy
