To turn up and deliver training ad hoc is not good, training should be based on evidenced individual needs, not 'off the shelf'. Whilst the ad hoc approach may appear to meet individual needs on the day, your organisational needs will undoubtly suffer. Regards Andrew Perrett

Posted By Thomas Kennedy I can recommend Safer Solutions (0208 694 1939). They do tailored training sessions - one or two days. Thay came out well in our staff feedback forms.
