Then, look to ask questions about achievements, projects you are underway with, and things you know need tackling. Workshops work well in works hours, not at lunchtimes. The 'suggestion box' scheme works well short-term, especially if people are publicly recognised or rewarded [beware the people who 'suggest' things you have just told them about though, wink].
