Hi
Got asked this question - wonder if anyone can help?
Is there anywhere that one can buy a pre-printed flt daily/weekly check logbook? The person has already contacted the manufacturer who couldn't help and doesn't want loose forms?
Many thanks

Not a log book as suck but SCAFFTAG to FORKTAG which is a card fixed to the trucks and gives about a months worth of records dependent on how often the truck is checked each
I would recommend it - and I do not work for them before anybody complains
thanks
Martin

Try a search on the web for Thomas Truck Training. They do what your asking for tailored to suit your application and with your company logo.

You might also try the BITA (British Industrial Truck Assoc) Site. They helped me a lot when I was doing a presentation on FLT maintenance. They produce log books etc.
