Posted By Wazza Does anyone have a template for 'Construction Site Auditing' that I could perhaps [expletive deleted]ise to my own purposes. Also a checksheet for safety inspections for same site. This is for our project manager, as we are giving hime the responsibility to manage safety in parallel to the normal safety department. Thanks Warren

Posted By Alan T Wazza What training or proof of competency do you use for the supervisor doing these inspections. I would recommend getting copies of HSG 150 and using the topics / headings to create a number of checklists relevant to what you want them to inspect, this will give you a good path that covers the right subjects. Also get the guys doing the inspections trained up so they will have the ability to spot more than just the obvious hazards. Alan
