Posted By Robert Woods Esq Your help would be appreciated..... I have trawled through numerous amounts of guidance and information on this matter, but I have not been able to find any simple text that could be used to help persons decide whether there is a risk of vibration from a particular piece of work equipment. Think back to noise and the 2m rule, simple and easy for anyone to understand, so any thoughts for vibration then? Thank you in anticipation

Posted By Ian Clay1 The only way to get acurate data is to have your equipment tested and put this into a system like the HSE system to get user times. these figures though are only accurate at the time of testing as tools can be damaged etc which will effect the vibration. i have done this for various companies/organisations in such areas as printing and grounds maintenance.
