Posted By Robin B Can anyone tell me what is the 'legal' position regarding the wearing of seat belts whilst driving FLT's - both in/on our premises and on the public highway [a distance of about 75m] on a quiet industrial estate. Quiet that is apart from it being on the driving test circuit. Thanks in advance Robin

Posted By Alan T Try looking up PUWER part 111, this came into effect in Dec 02 and requires restraints in FLT's were there is a foreseeable risk of overturning. Once fitted operators must wear them. Alan T
