Does anyone have a generic manual handling risk assessment?,I need to carry out one and a completed one would give me a clue where to start,relating to repetetive lifting of boxes would be nice

Can't see you having any luck with this one. I don't think its possible to have a generic manual handling risk assessment. To many variables i.e. load, individual, task and environment that need to be considered in your assessment. This is why there is no ACOP on this subject.
