Posted By Wazza Would suggest www.outtakes.com, which is a superb site (it might be .co.uk). This site has everything from behavioural to specific hazards. Think What If, Not If Only - is a superb video, which is part of my behavioural safety presentation. I also deliver manual handling, but don't get too involved in video's etc. as sometimes they are not the right tool. Make sure when planning your training, that any visual aids are directed to the appropriate audience. Introduce, include aims & objectives - follow through the presentations - then consolidate any learning at the end. Remember also to promote differing learning techniques. Supervisors/Managers etc. don't always want academic presentations. Regards Warren
