In training sessions I usually use this to try and clear up some of the confusion about Liability Insurance by pointing out that nobody is insured at work, it is the employer who is insured against liability claims, and the question of compensation is not linked to the existence of insurance. I don't quite put it like this, but that's the gist of what I try and get across. The aim is to try and demonstrate that employers shouldn't use the 'if you do that you'll not be covered' argument but should always try and use a positive safety message, John

Answer: lets do a dse assessment and find out that your screen is pointing at the ceiling/you think the lever on the side of your chair is for hanging your bag on/your posture make the humchback of notredame look like he gives pilates classes :)
