Posted By John Hi friends, I'm putting together an office safety inspection check sheet for some of our office managers to use, hopefully on a regular basis. At the moment my topic headings are: Ergonomic. Fire and evacuation. Electrical cords and equipment. Hand and powered tools. Chemical safety. Slips,trips and falls. Housekeeping. Furniture layout. I Just need to expand on these and add a few more. If anyone aleady has one of these check sheets available I would be grateful to see them as a comparison. Regards, John

Posted By Ron Hunter I've e-mailed direct. There are plenty forms out there on a Google Search, try Local Authority sites, particularly the English ones with broads. (Oh I can be cryptic.)
