It consists of a central database of risk questions (pre-loaded with 200+ questions under 40+ categories which is fully modifiable for adding/ removing by the user). Groups of these questions can be downloaded to a handheld PDA and the assessments carried out where the risk is present. Each time a "fail" is encountered, the user rates the risk using drop-down lists and assigns a corrective action if deemed necessary. The completed assessment is uploaded and the results populate reports. The corrective actions go out automatically on e-mail to the assigned person. The lead customer for this product has only 32 full-time employees (chemical company) so may suit your client also.
