Posted By Brian A Knott Would anyone be willing to let me have a look at their 360 degree feedback mechanisms? I am currently preparing a proposal on the introduction of the 360 degree feedback tool and would welcome any comments/views on the practical implementation. Many thanks.

Posted By John McFeely Hi Brian, I have carried out a 'Safety Leadership' 360 degree assessment with my fellow employees and found it to be very beneficial. These assessments can highlight improvement opportunities for everyone. If you email me I will send you a copy of what I have.
