I recently won my NEBOSH General Certificate and have been asked to conduct a Fire Risk Assessment followed by Fire Safety Training for approx 20 office / light-industrial assembly workers.
As I have never conducted training sessions before, I wonder whether anyone knows of any useful material / advice that would enable me to structure the session in a professional manner?
Apprehensively yours, Roy.

Hi Roy
As you will have gathered during your NEBOSH Cert, there is a requirement for the trainer/presenter to be competent - both in the topic and as a presenter.

Never ceases to amaze me how many employers think that possession of a technical or theoretical qualification automatically makes you competent as a presenter. There simply isn't any off-the-shelf material that will do that.

If you get really stuck, feel free to contact me.
