I need to prepare a Risk Management policy to comply with the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002
Any pointers on were i would find information to help me, or has anyone completed such a policy recently that i may have a look at

If you go to the HSE www they have loads of free leaflets etc on this subject, suggest that you get the Acop to do with reg 4 CAWR which sets out the 'Duty Holder' requirements etc.
