Posted By Roy Hull Hi all, I am finding, as I am sure most do, that the inforation from the construction stage plan is not being read by site management and is definately not being passed to all contractors employees on site, (I know it is the contractors info and their respons..) I am wondering has anyone used any good practical iniatives, that they have found actually work, to ensure this problem is dealt with and all accept responsibilities. Many thanks Roy Hull

Posted By Delwynne Would it help if the contractors inductions had a set format which included some of the information you're concerned is not being passed on? Individuals can always add info which is pertinent to their works provided that the 'basics' are covered.
