Posted By Cr8r Hi Does anyone know a good site where I can get info on the HACCP Regs? I've looked on the HMSO but there are nearly 1000 hits and I just need somewhere to start. All I know about the regs at the moment is that its food related and apparently they are going to be updated. What the implications are, I don't know. Any help gratefully received.
