I recall hearing of a fairly recent decision extending the additional provisions for pregnant and nursing mums to ALL women of child bearing age, effectively encompassing all women in work. Can anyone throw any light on this and if so give the case law?

The Case Law - Day V Pickles Farms 1998 - was what I was thinking of and did not cover what I thought originally but related to Mrs Day claiming unfair dismissal after smells from cooking gave her severe morning sickness. This was linked to the claim that the companies failure to carry out a risk assessment amounted to a breach of contract and sex discrimination.
