Hi,

Would it be possible for someone to send me an example of a noise assessment? I've been asked to do one on my work placement but I’ve never seen one before.

Thanks

You should get a form when you do your course on noise assessment. Croner have one in their Construction Risk Assessment manual. Any noise assessment not undertaken by a person deemed competent under the Noise regs would be invalidated in a civil claim for Noise induced hearing loss.
