Posted By Paul L Williams Hi everyone, I have a control of contractors procedure, site regulations and a contractor induction video, but what I don't have is any training material for the employees who manage the contractors. I was wondering if there were any kinds souls out there who might have a "control of contractors" presentation they might let me have a copy of? Kind regards Paul W

Posted By Frank Hallett Good afternoon Paul As you identify that you have all the necessary in-house info to hand; any external presentation is going to require a considerable amount of editting to make it reflect your in-house systems. to be honest, it probably won't be worth the effort and you would be best advised to start from scratch to produce a system and procedure specific presentation that applies entirely to your organisation. Posted By Paul L Williams Thanks Frank, I know your right in what you say, but it is always interesting to see what approach other companies have taken. If I dont get a reply I will create my own presentation based around the safe system of work set out in the Management Regulations 1999 Planning Organisation Control Monitor Review Thanks Paul W
