Has anyone heard of a video called "Moving On 123" staring Robin Nedwell? It relates to best practice for digging with shovels.
Can you suggest any video that shows safe digging practices and where to get a copy?

The video was from RoSPA and was actually three short ones hence the 123. The digging section was just one part in an eleven minute video and was about moving material into a wheelbarrow. The videos were produced as a follow up to the basic manual handling video and the three parts were 'Awkward Places', Awkward Loads' and I think the last one was 'Working Together' about having more than one person doing the lift etc. They were very good. Don't know if they are still available though.
