Posted By Peter Tughan I'm concerned about violence and verbal abuse of staff at current workplace, and recognise that the first stage is to identify if there really is a problem. I was wondering if anybody had any short, informal questionnaires to issue to staff in order to determine if they ever feel threatened etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Peter Tughan

Posted By Richard Jones Peter, Here is a link to the 'violence control checklist' contained in the IOSH Risk Management Toolkit: http://www.iosh.co.uk/fi...ncechecklistflcompdf.pdf It may be too formal for your needs, but you could fashion something from it that fits the bill! Richard
