Posted By IanD Just a warning, We have had an incident on site today (West Yorkshire), where our Human Resources Manager opened a letter, and in doing so white crystals spilled onto his desk. Police notified etc - turns out to be a mail shot from a recruitment agency with a post card in it and a bag of sand inside the envelope stating “wish you were here”. You would think that in today’s climate, and especially after the events in West Yorkshire over the last 48 hours that this type of mail shot would have been terminated at the “I have an idea” stage. Regards

Posted By John Beadle Any company that sends out material of this nature should be "Named and Shamed" for causing possible distress to employees who open the envelopes and also wasting police time and resources.
