(Discuss with colleagues and agree a sensible list of sources of harm - i.e. hazards) Then with your colleagues consider; What can you do to prevent the harm being realised? (There you will have your control measures) You will find that in breaking it down like this you will identify a number of hazards that are perhaps more familiar to you and the control solutions more obvious. Take it one step at a time. It is easy.
