Posted By Baskaran Kumarasamy Hi All, I wonder if anyone could clarify my question on ATEX regulations. Is it a must that all the motors on the explosive zone should be replaced with ATEX certified one. We do have flameproof motors on the zone 2 area but it is not ATEX approved as it is a old plant.
