I would go back to whoever asked for this and question what it is exactly they are wanting. Off the top of my head, though rather than thinking about muster points and main communication points, you should be considering things like how the event is marshalled, if walkers are split into groups, who is in charge of the groups, what means they have of summoning help, what communications there would be between groups and organisers if something did go wrong etc. Also, as a starting point, try http://www.wow4water.net...sitor_planning_sheet.pdf
