Does anyone out there have a list of Health and safety requirements to be submitted before allowing a contractor to work for you. I work in the landscape and Streetscene services, so it is mainly landscaping contractors.

I have produced something but would like to see any other examples if possible please.
Regards
Ian

Ian

To avoid confusion are you after H&S information that a sub contractor will submitto you or are you after a pro forma to send to potential subbies that will work for you? I have most documentation, so if you let me know I am sure I can help.

In that case Ian I will send you a contractor assessment pro forma that I use, you will probably need to change a couple of areas to give you more specific information for landscapers. I did however use this as a base form for my landscapers here and I received all of the information I required.

You will find that the response in terms of information you receive fom potential contractors will be varied, it does however give you a good starting point and ensures at least they are commited to elf an safety.

On its way

I will send it to you this afternoon from my office at home, am currently producing some large volume manuals for a client so will break off and send them on to you. If you would be kind enough to send me a blank email it will save me time looking for your email address. I will send you 2 pro formas, one which is in more detail for less than 5 persons employed and one for 5 or more.

Should be mid afternoon today, let me know they were what you wanted.
