My University was one of the test sites for the trial of chaspi.
Being a Campus University some of the questions and guidance seemed to be aimed more at industry and commerce. For example it did not really take into account the risks associated with Halls of Residence and the inexperience of Students and if not answered carefully could have skewed the final score.
Some of the question were a bit obscure as to the answer required. Again an example “are you subject to special regulation” What is meant by this: Ionising Radiation Regs, GM Regs, etc?
I have not had a chance to have a look at the new version and it may be some of these issues have been addressed.
I have to say that the final score was fair and I did think reflected the position here.
There is a lot of preparation required and its useful to print the question set first.

Argh dam dam dam dam dam
I have been spending vast amounts of this past 2 days trying to create a questionnaire that then shows simple quantitive and qualitive results into chart form i.e. surveys.
I am actually using almost the exact same colour scheme on my pie charts. They have copied it I tell you lol.
HSE plagiarism, lets talk about that lol (that was a Joke nice HSE).
Questions are very hard to get to everyone’s liking as I am beginning to realise.
I bet it is a really useful tool though,
Going having a good luck now.
