For some reason, people with a vague grasp of H&S seem to like asking what the 6 pack is/was. It's really embarrasing if you can't reel them off, or (as I usually do) remember only 5! Specially as the dates aren't the same any more.
As an aide memoire, I couple them together in a way I can remember them:
PPE - DSE (both three letters ending in E)
Management - Welfare (seems logical to me)
Manual Handling - PUWER (seems logical)
Not rocket science but works for me!

You may like to know how summary illustrates one of the most quoted principles of the psychology of knowing ('cognitive psychology') proposed by George Miller in 1956:
"The mind can process 7 chunks of information, plus or minus 2, i.e. from 5 to 9 chunks"
