Posted By clegg Hi I am trying to resolve a dispute regarding space needed in a mess-room come changing room etc. This room is for landscape maintenace operatives and will be used for getting changed meal breaks etc. i know that in offices a space of 11 cubic meteres is norm, but can find nothing for eating and changing etc. Any guidance would be most welcome to try and resolve this dispute. Many Thanks

Posted By David O'Hara I think you will find in the welfare regs it states that an employer must provide changing facilties and an eating area. Basically you need to provide 2 rooms. Hope this helps
