In Reg 7(7) of COSHH 2002, section (c) (ii) there is reference to 'or which is listed in section C of HSE publication Asthmagen? Critical assessments of the evidence for agents implicated in occupational asthma' I am hoping someone here on the forum may be able to let me know what is listed in this Section C. The publication (1997) is available from HSE books at £25.00; more than my monthly budget for publications! If it is a 'mighty tome' then I may have to save up and buy it; if it is only a few lines of info, hopefully I can get help here. Any help/guidance greatly appreciated. Best regards Andy
