Posted By Roger Uncles Can anyone help? We need to carry our a risk assessment of a kitchen /food preperation area due to change of contract, Has anyone got a checklist for items that need to be covered, Item include Bread slicer,fryers, oven and Meat slicers.

Posted By Dave Wilson HSE have produced something called H&S in Food catering HSG65 me thinks. look in the HSE catalogue page 18 & 19 for all the catering stuff.
