It may be a long shot, but a friend of mine is based in Turkey and is looking to open a restaurant in New York and wants to appoint a consultant that could obtain licenses, provide assistance in realtion to Hygiene, health and safety, fire safety etc.
The company would be preferably based in New York.
Any assistance would help as I have not had too much luck with searching the internet. So if there are any forums that you know of which relates to this area, please let me know.

Try the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) www.bcsp.org. I belive that they have a list of CSP online. As we have recently signed an agreement with BCSP that CSP and CMIOSH will be recognised by each others organisation with certain conditions you should be OK to source a consultant at a good level from here.

Thanks for the reply hazel, but it only appears gives me a list of individual names and no contact details or company names.
