Are there any Regulations regarding the length of time some one can drive and what is it.
The example is; a typical office person does a lot of driving around the country visiting various factories. Some are a bit of a jaunt and they might want to cram in 8-10 hours of driving their normal car.
Whilst I know about the HASAWA 1974 and risk assessment in MHSW 1999 and have looked at the HSE indg 382. None of them highlight any times.
Or is the time etc referring to HGV’s etc..

Also a handy stat: Driving for work - 40% of all fatigue related crashes involve someone who was at work at the time. (Loughborough Sleep Centre).
