Posted By Joe Folks I am on the scrounge! We are about to begin a h&s management audit of our in-house Home Care Teams and would be grateful if anyone who has trodden this path before could send me any pro formas of audits/ checklists they have used and found succesful in this area. I know this is a difficult one as we will all be using different management systems. In the main we will be looking at General H&S Management, M.H Issues/ Assessments, Challenging Behaviour, Environmental Issues (Domestic Set Up etc.), Infection Control and Sharing/ Providing Case Info to front line workers etc. Many thanks in advance of any information recieved.
