Posted By Mike Palfrey Mark Tricky job, needs plenty of practice on some scrap first. The thicker the glass plys, the harder it gets. Make sure it's not toughened laminated first (look for BS marks)as the toughened glass will shatter as soon as you try to cut it. Basically, make an accurate cut on both faces with a good diamond glasscutter dipped in white spirit to make for a smooth cut and snap glass cleanly on both sides. Then with a sharp blade, carefully cut through the PVB interlayer. Linish cut edges. PPE - glasses, wrist guards, leather apron Good luck Regards Mike
