Hi,
Could anyone advise me on what the minimum and maximum width is for a Fire escape root in Dublin Ireland, should I comply with what we do in the UK?
If someone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated
Regards
Alan

You should be able to trace relevant regulations through the Irish Health & Safety Authority, www.hsa.ie

Alan,
The HSA website is a good start but I think the department of the environment has the building regs attached and this would have the info that you require.
The building standards section.
http--www.environ.ie.
They have various building standards there.

You will find this information in Part B of the Building Regulations available in pdf format on the Dept. of Environment website.
