Posted By Martin Ffitch I am looking for any information regarding a case where there was a child fatality at a company which was in administration and being run by KPMG. I have searched the HSE website and prosecution database, and also SHP, but can't find it. It must have happened in the last couple of years. I'd be most grateful if any of you can let me know any thing else about it that can help narrow my googling!

Posted By Nigel Button Dear Martin, Not really familiar with the case but what information in particular are you looking for. I think I know of someone who I could ask. Nige

Posted By Martin Ffitch Thanks Nigel, What I want to know is how the court shared liability between the receiver (i.e. the person legally in control of the premises) and the company that is in administration (i.e. the person who arguably created the circumstances) Ultimately I'm looking for a court report, but the name of the company concerned would be a start. Martin
