Their applicability to system scaffolds or tube & fittings is not relevant as both address safe methods of working and fall prevention whilst working on scaffolding. You may be confused with the new design criteria for scaffolds to which NASC has produced technical guidance TG20:05, this has very specific relevance to tube and fittings.
